Jennifer Swan leads the program teams at Fostering Hope, where she is responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of organizational initiatives. She ensures that each project aligns with the mission by bridging leadership strategy with practical, trauma-informed support. By guiding staff and strengthening data strategy, Jennifer ensures that the science of connection remains at the heart of every program, driving long-term stability for foster families and youth.

By connecting donors and community partners to meaningful impact, Jennifer ensures that Fostering Hope has the resources to strengthen programs, support foster families and youth, and advance long-term stability and connection.
The essence of Fostering Hope’s work and success lies with our program coordinators, who lead and train volunteer teams, and who serve as the liaisons with faith congregations, the foster parents, child placement agencies, and El Paso County Department of Human Services.
These coordinators ensure that foster parents and children in foster care are supported in the most effective ways possible, and that all participants are safe and emotionally supported.
