Tarah brings more than 19 years of banking experience and a deep commitment to serving her community. Throughout her career, she has partnered with both individual and commercial clients, helping them navigate complex financial needs through personalized banking, lending, and wealth planning solutions. Known for building trusted relationships and delivering a high-touch client experience, Tarah has also developed and led high-performing teams focused on long-term client success.

A proud native of Manitou Springs, Tarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado in Boulder, with a focus on pre-med. She is passionate about creating positive impact and has volunteered with organizations that support underprivileged youth—experiences that have strengthened her commitment to making a difference in the lives of young people.

Tarah is actively involved in the community, serving on multiple boards including Fostering Hope, Newborn Hope, Pikes Peak Hospice Foundation, and the Rotary Club of the Broadmoor District. She has been a member of the Fostering Hope Local Board since 2021 and will continue her service on the inaugural Colorado Springs Board, contributing to the organization’s growth and impact in the region. She brings strong leadership, financial expertise, and a deep commitment to community investment to her role with Fostering Hope.

She has been recognized as a Colorado Springs Rising Star by the Business Journal, is a graduate of the Colorado Springs Leadership Institute, and a Mayor’s Civic Leader Fellow.

Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Tarah is a devoted mother who values quality time with her daughter. She also enjoys the outdoors and exploring new travel adventures.
