Senior Vice President & Division President, Deluxe

Tracey leads Deluxe’s Checks and Promotional Solutions divisions. With more than three decades at Deluxe, she has held leadership roles across sales, marketing, eCommerce, and operations, and serves as a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team.

In her current role, Tracey oversees Deluxe’s extensive check program serving banks, credit unions, financial institutions, and consumers nationwide, while also leading the Promotional Solutions division. She brings strong strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a track record of driving growth and innovation.

Tracey is passionate about serving children and families and has been actively involved with Fostering Hope, first as a team volunteer and now as a board member and Secretary. She has served on the Colorado Springs Local Board since 2022 and continues to serve on the inaugural Colorado Springs Board, contributing to the organization’s growth and impact. Her commitment to supporting underserved children aligns closely with Fostering Hope’s mission to support children and families in foster care. She also serves on the board of Wholly Kicks, a nonprofit that provides new shoes and socks to individuals in need.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University. Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Tracey is a proud “Mimi” to her two granddaughters and enjoys working out, hiking, playing pickleball, and spending time with friends and family.
